Concord is a forward-thinking real estate company based in Abuja, Nigeria, focused on creating smart, sustainable, and emotionally resonant living spaces. With a mission to redefine urban living in Africa, the brand needed an identity that would distinguish it from traditional developers and resonate with a modern, aspirational audience—including diaspora investors and executive families.The name “Concord,” derived from Con (with) and Cord (heart), inspired the brand philosophy: living in harmony. 

This insight shaped a strategic direction centered on intelligent design, sustainable innovation, emotionally-driven spaces, and a seamless customer experience. Visually, the brand identity blends earthy, grounded tones with modern minimalism—reflecting a balance between nature, innovation, and human warmth. A clean wordmark, contemporary typography, and modular grid systems were used to convey elegance, trust, and forward momentum.

The final identity system was applied across Concord’s company profile, marketing materials, web and iSocial platform. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, positioning Concord as a rising leader in the smart real estate space and helping it gain strong early traction in Abuja’s competitive property market.
